Towbar Express has decided to sponsor a local, upcoming festival this summer to help raise money for an amazing cause.
The start of Crawfest.. 
Crawfest was founded in 2021, in memory of Alan Crawford, an EMT from Scarborough who spent 20 years working for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service and sadly lost his life to covid.
The family-friendly music festival is held at Partings Farm, which is located between the villages of Ebbertson and Allerston near Scarborough, North Yorkshire. The festival is held in one enclosed field, which provides a safe environment for children to play and benefits from beautiful views that stretch across the valley.
There is a camping field available for tents, camper vans and caravans next to the event field, so nipping back for refreshments or a forgotten item won’t be problematic. Crawfest will also host an abundance of food stands serving hot food as well as a bar offering craft beers, wines, cocktails, and soft drinks.

Crawfest commences on Friday 14th July running through until Sunday 16th July, kicking off with several DJs performing on Friday evening. Saturday and Sunday are filled with brilliant local bands performing up until 11 pm each evening.
As well as entertainment for adults, there is also plenty to do for the children. The hay-bale tent is a perfect pitstop to build towers and make dens, as well as face painting, inflatables and a craft area that’s completed with pottery making. Dogs are also welcome to come along provided they are always kept on a lead.
The best part of this fun-filled festival is that the non-profit event raises thousands for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Combat Stress – two charities that are close to the communities' hearts.
