Once you have added your registration number and postcode into our website, you will then be able to choose a preferred fitting date and time. We will then contact you to discuss your booking. We will come to your chosen address, whether it be your place of work or a customer's house, and fit the towbar and electrics with as little fuss to you or your customer.
Can I add items to my order?
If you want to add items to your order, please log in and place the order as you usually would. When groin through checkout, you can add a comment to state that the additional items are to be sent/brought to your original appointment. If you are unsure, then please feel free to contact our sales team.
What if I have more than one or two vehicles which need towbars?
If you have a fleet of vehicles that need towbars, you can either book them all online and add the vehicles to your cart or call one of our sales team who will be willing to help. Once you have placed the order, depending on how many vehicles you have, we may need to fit towbars to these vehicles over a couple of days.
What's the towing capacity of my vehicles?
Every vehicle has a VIN plate which tells you how much you can tow. Every vehicle is different, even if it is the same make and model. The VIN plate is usually located in the doorway near the tyre pressure sticker. Sometimes the VIN plate is located under the bonnet. If you are unsure, then please call our customer service team, who will be willing to help.
