Before our expert fitters arrive, it's essential to ensure that your vehicle's boot and glove box are empty. Clearing out these spaces allows our fitters plenty of room to work their magic without any obstructions. Our fitters really appreciate working on a clean car!
2. Room to Manoeuvre
To provide you with the best service possible, our fitters kindly ask for enough space to park their vehicles next to yours. This way, they can easily access their tools and equipment, making the towbar installation process quick and efficient.
3. Safety First
Your safety, as well as that of our fitters, is paramount. We cannot fit towbars or complete any work on a busy road, multi-storey or underground building. Our engineers need to be able to work in a safe area without risking any harm to themselves or your vehicle.
4. Time of Arrival
While we can't provide an exact arrival time, our fitters will arrive within your designated time slot. Whether it's a morning appointment between 8 am and 12 pm or an afternoon slot from 12 pm to 6 pm, we'll strive to accommodate your schedule as best as we can. And to ensure you're always in the loop, you'll receive a text message when our fitter is en route to your fitting location.
