More about the KGM Korando
The KGM Korando is built with versatility at its core. A modern SUV designed to feel perfectly at home wherever the road takes you. Its sleek body lines and stylish details give it a confident presence, while practical assistance features such as front and rear parking sensors, automatic headlights, and rain-sensing wipers come as standard, delivering exceptional value in its class.
Step inside, and the Korando impresses with a contemporary, high-quality interior finish. Comfort and convenience are at the forefront, with premium heated and ventilated leather front seats, a heated steering wheel, and a responsive 9-inch touchscreen all crafted to enhance every journey.
What's my Towing Capacity?
The Korando is rated up to a maximum braked towing capacity of 1,500kg. Please ensure you have checked the VIN plate in the door frame to confirm the exact rating for your vehicle.
Which Towbar is best for my Korando?
We currently offer the fixed and detachable variants of the swan neck towbar for the KGM Korando.
The fixed swan neck offers a slim design, making it less likely to be detected by parking sensors—though this cannot be guaranteed. It provides a sleek look while remaining permanently attached, ideal for those who prefer not to remove their towbar after towing. This option is compatible with ALKO stabilisers and cycle carriers that clamp directly onto the towball.
The detachable swan neck towbar is the ideal solution for maintaining the Korando’s clean design. After towing, the neck can be easily removed using a simple unlock, twist, and push action, leaving the towbar almost invisible when not in use and avoiding the potential for interference with the reversing sensors when not towing. Like the fixed version, it is compatible with ALKO stabilisers and clamp-on style cycle carriers.
Will it need a bumper cut?
The Korando towbars do not require a bumper cut, only a cut to the undertray beneath the rear of the vehicle. This allows for a towbar to be fitted with minimal impact on the appearance of the vehicle.
