What’s my Towing Capacity?
The maximum towing capacity of the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2023 is up to 2,300kg braked and up to 750kg unbraked.
Which Towbar is best for my vehicle?
We stock a range of Jeep towbars, including Flange, Swan Neck, and Detachable towbars. For the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2023, we recommend a Detachable Swan Neck Towbar as you can remove the neck section and keep the car's aesthetics as you wouldn't know a towbar has even been fitted! With fixed flange and fixed swan neck towbars, we can't guarantee it won't set your parking sensors off. The detachable options remove this concern as it is narrow fitting and can be removed when you're not towing.
Will it need a bumper cut?
The bumper will need to be temporarily removed during the fitting process, though bumper cuts will depend on the model of the Grand Cherokee, as some models may require a pre-marked cut to be removed from the bumper. If your Grand Cherokee has non-standard bumper trims, there may need to be an incision made during fitment. Our informative towbar engineer will guide you through the fitment process before the installation begins, they will also answer any queries you may have. If you are unsure which bumper style your Grand Cherokee is fitted with, please contact our sales office where our helpful sales team will help.
