The clever technology automatically switches between three different driving modes to provide the most efficient method of driving. All the driver needs to do is choose the destination. The I-MMD system takes control of deciding when to shift between modes, requiring zero input from the driver.
There is no need to worry about visibility when towing, as the new tilted rear mirrors are easily adjustable, so vision is never impaired. This feature has been created to improve your view when reversing by simply tilting the passenger side mirror downwards; not only does it make it easier to manoeuvre, but there is also less chance of you driving up against the kerb. The tilted rear mirrors have been paired perfectly alongside the blind spot information technology. Using radar technology, the feature increases your awareness and warns you of any approaching vehicles when reversing and automatically detects vehicles in your blind spot.

What's the Towing Capacity of the Honda CR-V?
The Honda CR-V can tow around 1500kg, the perfect towing capacity for most cycle carriers. However, this towing capacity is model-dependent; therefore, it is always best to refer to your VIN plate for your towing capacity.
Which Towbar is best for my CR-V?
We offer a range of towbars for the Honda CR-V, from the detachable swan neck towbar to the fixed flange style. If your vehicle is fitted with reverse parking sensors, we always advise you to opt for the detachable swan neck towbar, as the swan neck can be removed once towing is finished and can no longer be detected by the parking sensors.
If removing the Towbar is not appealing to you, the fixed swan neck towbar has all the qualities of the detachable swan neck but cannot be removed.
The fixed flange style towbar is perfect for pairing with our towing accessories, meaning you can fit a bolt-on cycle carrier to your Towbar whilst using the tow ball to tow.
Will my Honda CR-V need a bumper cut?
To have any of our range of towbars fitted to your vehicle, a non-visible bumper cut will have to be made to the vehicle's undertray. This cut will only be visible when looking underneath the vehicle.
Our towbar engineer will need to remove the bumper and light clusters during the towbar installation; however, these will be refitted once the fitment is complete.
