Towbar Express is the UK's Largest towbar fitting company. We operate a network of fully employed professional towbar installers based around the country.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Based from home you would cover roughly a 60 mile radius. Hours can be variable, and you would be required to manage your own time effectively.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- Strong mechanical or electrical skills
- Experience removing trims, bumpers, or wiring accessories
- Confidence working independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Pride in your workmanship
Towbar fitting experience is a bonus — but not essential.
If you’re hands‑on, practical, and eager to learn, we’ll train you.
A Day in the Life of a Towbar Fitter
- Arrive at your first job in your fully equipped van
- Fit a towbar and electrics to a customer’s vehicle
- Carry out coding or diagnostics where required
- Complete 2–3 installations per day
- Deliver a friendly, professional service
- Head home knowing you’ve done a job you can be proud of
