The Thule Xpress Pro cycle carrier is a simple, low cost solution for carrying up to 2 bikes.
It folds for storage, as shown in the bottom picture to the left, and once unfolded it clamps securely to any type of towball. The only downside being that you can't tow and carry bikes at the same time.
